Printed catalogues containing detailed descriptions and pre-sale estimates of each lot are available for purchase or view Online at our web site www.gianguanauctions.com.

Gallery Preview
Before the Auction, all lots are exhibited in our salesroom. The preview is open to the public and free. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the property in person as all lots are sold "as is".

Bidding

Live Bid
Please complete a Bidder Registration Form with a Photo ID and a numbered paddle will be assigned. Be sure to read our Terms and Conditions of Sale. For licensed dealer requesting tax exempt status, please fill out a New York State Exemption Certificate.

Live Internet Bidding
Bid Live through LiveAuctioneers. Click here to register and once processed, you can participate live in our auctions.

Absentee/Telephone Bids
Complete a Bidder Registration form and an Absentee/Telephone Bid Form. You must fax or E-mail these forms back to us one day prior to the sale, we will send you a confirmation. Please note that a 30% deposit is required to place the bid through absentee or telephone.

Buyers Premium
A 15% buyer's premium will be added on to the hammer price of each successful lot. For internet bidding through ArtFact, an additional 3% buyer's premium will be charged for their services.

Payment
Invoice inlcuding hammer price + buyer's premium + applicable sales tax will be issued and must be paid within seven days. Accepted forms of payment include cash, personal/business/ bank checks, and wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards. Lots will not be released until funds are cleared. We do not ship, buyers are responsible for choosing a shipper.
